These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Intski.com (the “Site”), operated by Intski (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
Intski.com provides information about ski resorts, ski gear, guides, tools and calculators, and related editorial content. The Site is an informational resource; we are not a travel agency, tour operator or retailer.
2. Accounts
Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes, without limitation: attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; scraping or bulk-collecting content without permission; uploading malicious code; impersonating others; or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. User Content
If you submit content to the Site (such as comments or reviews), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute it in connection with the Site. Snow conditions, lift operations, prices, opening times and other resort information change frequently and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify critical information directly with the resort or service provider before making decisions.
Skiing and snowboarding are inherently risky activities. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional instruction or safety advice. Tools such as DIN, ski size and pole length calculators provide general estimates only and are not a substitute for professional binding adjustment or advice from qualified technicians. You use the Site and rely on its content entirely at your own risk.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including affiliate links. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. If you follow an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
